The three fish on the historical family crest even seem to be reference to these three brothers, deeply devoted to, and rooted in, their home land. The property marks the character of these free-spirited, dedicated wine producers. These men of great taste and perseverance combined hard work and a love of the land to bring out all the qualities of this terroir that was destined to grow vines.
50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre
Intense ochre in colour revealing violet highlights. The aromas open on notes of prune, red fruits, scrubland (laurel, rosemary) and evolve towards tobacco, wax polish, and underbrush. The palate is emphatic, with liquorice, scrubland and tobacco notes and excellent length. The solid tannins promise a great future for this wine.
