Cote Chalonnaise

South of Cote d’Or are the vineyards of Cote Chalonnaise. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes ripen more quickly here and tend to be softer and less complex than the prestigious wines of the golden slope.

This region also offers excellent value and there are always hidden gems to be found.
