Tasting Notes

This is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Gamay and 5% Malbec. Velvety palate, light tannins and lots of juicy ripe red fruit and spice flavours.

Our Thoughts

Lots of red fruit and plums on the nose with some earthiness like forrest floor and fall leaves. Flavours of red berries and woodsy leafy notes. The palate is medium bodied with well balanced acidity and supple tannins that make this a wonderful wine with seasonal fall foods like earthy sweet roasted root veggies, mushrooms and roasted chicken.
