One of Canada’s most respected and prolific craft breweries to pop up in the last decade – Bellwoods continues to impress and amaze anyone who can get their hands on a bottle. It is next to impossible to buy bottles this side of Ontario, you’ll see some kegs at good beer bars from time to time but bottles are few and far between – luckily you’ve got Bishops Cellar!

Tasting Notes

In life, Jutsu is all about stealthy ninja techniques (well actually, techniques, skills, methods, tricks, or spells according to Wikipedia) but in beer it’s a fantastically balanced pale ale.

It was created to embody all the elements of hoppy beer Bellwoods loves, in a most approachable format. It’s super aromatic, but low in bitterness, incredibly hazy, but light bodied, and strikes the perfect balance between juicy and dry. It’s easy to drink, and easy to call a favourite.

ABV: 5.6%

What it smells and tastes like: Hazy with restrained bitterness, juicy yeast-derived aromatics, and a dry body. A refreshing and super drinkable hoppy beer with notes of cantaloupe, grass, and nectarine.
