Honeyed & fragrant Kveik Norweigan yeast gives tropical fruit vibes aromas, bolstered by mango and papaya flavours from the El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Lush aromas, luxurious mouthfeel, and finishes smooth.
This is a hazy pale Ale fermented with Voss Kveik (pronounced kvike or quake) yeast Big Spruce sourced from Escarpment Labs. This Norwegian farmhouse ale strain which was handed down generations of a family farmhouse brewery of Sigmun Gjerne’ Voss. This yeast, without the addition of hops, is already extremely citrusy, producing a great juicy Pale Ale. The beer is dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops which give a huge bounty of tropical aromas and flavours.
