Tasting Notes
Light and refreshing aromatics of white pepper, citrus peel, and hay mingle with light wood barrel character. The palate is lively with funky Belgian saison character, big carbonation, and a dry bitter finish. The perfect summer sipper when you want something a little different from a hoppy pale ale or light lager.

Method
While a grisette’s roots originate in France, this saison-style stands firmly in the new world: oak fermentation gives subtle wood character aroma, while top notes of white peppercorn and summer stone fruit create a delightful balance. Be sure not to miss out on this dinger of a moon shot, it’s a sweet spot four-bagger!
