Tasting Notes

Wild Wild Wheat (Scotia Sauvage Chardonnay Barrel Aged 4.9% ABV)

Saddle up, ya cowpokes! After a hot and dusty trail-ride, this refreshing wheat ale revives you with its balanced fruity notes, and crisp dry finish. Fermentation with Big Spruce’s own farm yeast gives notes of papaya and subtle spice. Aged 6 months in Chardonnay barrels. Yee-haw!
