Tasting Notes

The Breton Brewing Company is located in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The tasting room is open for brewery tours, growler fills, pints, and entertainment! Breton has quickly become a staple not only in the hometown of Sydney, but also across the province for their offerings of well made everyday craft beer. They brew a core lineup of hoppy ales, crisp lagers, and some fruited sours, and you’ll sometime catch them with a mixed fermentation barrel aged beer from time to time.
Tasting Notes
This big, hazy, juicy IPA pours into the glass looking like orange juice and tastes like a tropical vacation. Hopped for maximum flavor, an added splash of real grapefruit takes this beer to peak crushability.

It’s Back! Re-introducing Ol’ Mick’s Grapefruit IPA. This beer is brewed with local home-brewer and mug club member, Mike Morrison. A heavily dry-hopped IPA featuring new world hops that contribute lots of tropical and citrus aromas and flavours, and also with the addition of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice for added intense fruit flavour.
