Tasting Notes
Intense fruit aromas of black cherry, and plum accented by vanilla, caramel, and rich toasted oak. Full on the palate with good concentration and considerable structure on the finish. Pair with a selection of cheese, pork dishes, or your favorite cut/preparation of red meat.
Method
Made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from premium vineyards. The grapes come from soils that are sandy loam and well-drained. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation completed in 20% new American oak barrels, with the balance in stainless steel.
