Copper Bottom Brewing is a craft brewery in Montague, PEI owned by husband and wife team Ashley Condon & Ken Spears, both of whom share a passion for craft beer and music that spans more than a decade.

Together, the husband and wife duo remain firmly rooted in the belief that building a brewery is just as important as building a community gathering spot; somewhere locals can gather, meet new friends, and experience world-class entertainment – all while enjoying a great beer.

Tasting Notes

Inspired by some of the greats from Vermont, Juno is a pillowy-soft New England IPA with notes of lush pineapple, peach, and tropical citrus. New England IPA’s have bright and intense notes of tropical fruits that lead into a soft mouthfeel with firm bitterness without the harsh bitterness that West Coast IPA’s can sometimes have.

Method

Brewed with pale malt from PEI’s Shoreline Malting, wheat, and a whole lot of flaked oats before being dry-hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo. The purpose of the flaked oats are to create an extra creamy mouthfeel, and the dry-hopping process adds to the intense aromatic qualities.
