Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale yellow in the glass.  Expresssive nose, rich with notes of brown butter, toasted hazelnut and uplifting lemon zest.   The palate is fresh, with a crisp acidity and lively bubbles.  Great balance of texture, tree fruit flavours, complexing autolytic notes and a pleasing salinity on the finish.

Cremant du Jura is an AOC/AOP (Appellation Origin Controllee / Appellation Origine Protegee) for sparkling wines from the Jura region in France and can be made from the authorized grapes Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Chardonnay and Savagnin.
