Domaine du Haut Perron Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)
This Loire Valley domaine has been in the family for four generations and has grown from 6 hectares to 30 hectares. The limestone/clay and clay/silex soils are excellent for vine growing and offer a nice sloping aspect for good sun exposure and drainage.
Bright aromas of citrus, green fruit , freshly cut grass and white flowers. The palate is clean with refreshing acidity and citrus and gooseberry flavours.
Clay-siliceous hillsides on the right bank of the Cher, called Per-hives, with inlay of small flints. Pre-fermentation cold stabilization. Fermentation at low temperature and reassembly on fine lees. Aging in stainless steel tanks for six months.
