Flying Monkeys Hoptical Illusion has a typical nose of light caramel, crackers, and pronounced piney floral hops. The palate is quite fresh with aggressive carbonation and repeats the light caramel and lots of resin and bitter hops on the long dry finish. Very drinkable but with plenty of flavour.
