In 1988 François took over the family estate from his parents and his uncle. Since that time, the vineyard has grown through the purchase of new plots, renting plots and  sharecropping.  They practice sustainable farming and harvest their grapes by hand.

Tasting Notes

Yellow with a green tinge in the glass.  Pronounced aromas of white flowers, honey, hay, ripe pear.  The palate is creamy with a lactic acid freshness, and notes of honey, green apple and subtle baking spices.

Chardonnay from the lieu dit “Noyer Bret” , aged for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, of which 30 to 50% are new.
