L’Acadie Vineyards Sparkling Rose (750ml)
Bruce Ewert moved his young family to Nova Scotia in 2004 with the intention of crafting traditional method sparkling wines in an idyllic and tranquil environment. The estate vineyards and the winery is now a certified organic winemaking facility.
Using traditional sparkling wine making methods, this wine was aged 24 months on the yeast lees. Ripe fruit aromas of cherry and cranberry from hand picked whole cluster pressed Marechal Foch grapes. Delicious with Asian cuisine, ham or a turkey dinner feast.
