On the nose, red fruit reminiscent of cherry and plum are dominant; these aromas carry through to the palate, with pleasant acidity and soft tannins. All of this results in a medium-bodied, food friendly, bistro-style wine. Pair with a variety of cheese, tomato-based pasta dishes, or various red meat dishes.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are grown on soils of basalt and clayey-gravel; sustainable grown an harvested, the juice is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel in ensure all fruity and fresh aromatics are preserved. The wine rests in stainless steel before bottling and release.
