Tasting Notes

Pouring a bright hazy yellow, this beer is bursting with bright citrus notes that are followed with subtle brett funk, hay, and pepper spice. The flavours are bright and refreshing with a noticeable hop presence that mingles nicely with the funky qualities. The mouthfeel is light and bright, with lively carbonation and clean, dry finish.

Method

This Oat Grisette spent six months in Lone Oak’s foeder. A lighter version of a Saison, this Grisette was brewed with barley and a generous amount of oats. Otis is dry with citrus characteristics. Fermented with the brewers blended house yeast culture yields a complex and approachable beer
