In 1998 Jean Garnier’s grandson Jean-Yves Millaire, took over the family estate in Fronsac. Today, he and his wife farm 17 hectares of biodynamic vineyards in three different Bordeaux appellations, Fronsac AOC, Canon de Fronsac AOC and Bordeaux AOC.
In old French, “loupiot” means “little wolf” is was a term used to refer to children. This wine is the child of the domaine, it is the youngest, most recent wine to be produced here. It is a youthful style that focuses on freshness and intended for immediate enjoyment. This wine is made without added sulphites.
Pale straw in the glass, with notes of stone fruit and green apple on the nose and a fresh easy drinking palate. An ideal seafood wine.
A blend of 80% Sauvignon Gris and 20% Sauvignon Blanc grown according to the principles of biodynamics.
