Bepi Tosolini has been crafting premium Grappa in Northern Italy’s Friuli region since 1943. The family switched from using oak vats to ferment their fruit to ash wood as it is better at preserving the organoleptic features of the spirit. The distillation then takes place in copper stills in an artisanal process that was invented by Beppi called “discontinous distillation cycle”. Bepi Tosolini Grappas are made from local grape varieties and are aromatic, elegant and pleasantly dry.
