Laurence Ployez is a third-generation winemaker at her family’s estate, which was established in 1930 by Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart.  Ployez-Jacquemart owns 2.15 hectares of premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Ludes and Mailly-Champagne, in the Montagne de Reims. This area is known for its classic chalk slopes. Additionally, Laurence purchases premier cru and grand cru grapes from 12 hectares of vineyards, cultivated by growers that the family has worked with for over 20 years.

Tasting Notes

Elegant with a rich notes of brioche underscoring flavors of white peach, pink grapefruit pith, orange blossoms and ginger.  A racy spine of acidity drives this through to the minerally finish.
