Spryfields first craft brewery – Serpent opened their doors in the Fall of 2020. Long time home brewer Glen O’Keefe has always had a deep appreciation for Belgian beer, notably the crazy and complex yeast strains used in many Belgian beers. Serpent brewery focuses on Belgian-inspired ales, and now has a taproom, and patio. Production is small, with the hopes to expand organically. We are very happy to have them on our shelves!

Tasting Notes

A slightly stronger IPA than some of Serpent’s other IPAs. This juicy, hazy New England IPA uses Simcoe, Zeus and Sabro hops, creating a piney, tropical, well-rounded citrus flavour. London Fog yeasts give it that beautiful full, hazy body.

6.3% abv

The new world hops that are used help provide a boatload of intense and ripe tropical fruit aromas. The London Fog yeast strain that’s used helps to produce a lot of fruit esters during fermentation and also helps create a plush mouthfeel and juicy texture.,
