Siete Soles produces wines from Chile’s central valley, where the influence of the Pacific ocean and the Andes mountains create a welcome cooling effect. The soils are a mixture of clay, loam, limestone and sand. The name Siete Soles was inspired by the legend of the Seven Suns that is depicted on the rocks nearby; an ancient Inca site.
