Tasting Notes
On the nose, ripe red berry fruit with subtle spic. On the palate, more red fruit comes through with light tannins and lively acidity. Pair with a charcuterie board, lighter chicken fare, or BBQ’d burgers.
Method
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Syrah. The Gamay and Syrah comes from different vintages and French wine regions.

Quite light but went well with the steak I made tonight. Definitely more on the fruity side on the nose I found.
