Founded in 2017, Willibald is a first-generation farm distillery & brewery located outside of Cambridge in Ayr, Ontario. On the farm they strive to create progressive, high quality products that respect tradition but aren’t bound by it. Tasting Notes
Gingerbread Gin is infused with a loosely guarded blend of traditional gin botanicals and a generous helping of cinnamon, clove, and ginger to provide the warmth and aromatics you enjoy in your favourite gingerbread recipe.
Lightly sweetened but beautifully balanced, this festive spirit is easy to enjoy on ice by the fire or in a gin mule shared with family & friends around the dining room table.
