Coldstream Clear - Peach Ice Tea 6pk

Coldstream Clear Distillery is a family owned and operated spirits producer in central Nova Scotia. The family tradition of distilling dates back to 1749 when Mr. Simon Giffin moved from Northern Ireland to Halifax to practice his trade as a distiller. Simon’s grave is located just a few blocks from the Bishops Cellar retail store in the Old Burying Ground on Barrington Street. The fascinating process of fermenting and distilling quality spirits has been picked up by the family more than 9 generations later. Today’s products include a unique handcrafted line of rum, vodka, and liqueurs which focus on exceptional taste while making use of an abundance of local ingredients.

Lindemans - Cuvée René Oude Gueuze

Southwest of Brussels, in the quiet Belgian town of Vlezenbeek, the Lindemans family has been farming and homebrewing as long as anyone can remember. Commercial brewing started in 1822.

Lambic, or spontaneously fermented beers, are the beers of this region and are among the world’s rarest: they are the only beers fermented via wild, airborne yeast – no yeast is added by the brewers. Lambics come only from the Senne River valley, near Brussels – a region about 15 by 75 miles in size. The unusual, demanding, and unique flavors that come from multiple yeast strains are unmatched in the world of beer.

Montes Purple Angel

In 1987, Aurelio Montes and Douglas Murray, both highly experienced wine professionals, wanted to realize their dream of producing Chilean wines a quantum-leap higher in quality than the standards of the time and were the first winery to officially make a premium wine with their 1987 Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon.  In 1988, they joined up with the other two founders, Alfredo Vidaurre and Pedro Grand, who brought their own complementary skills and expertise to the venture.  Montes is a pioneer in the Chilean wine industry and today produces a range of wines in various category levels, from entry level easy drinking wines to premium and ultra premium wines.

Puy de Dome Pinot Noir

Cave Saint-Verny is a co-op in the département of Puy-de-Dôme in the Auvergne located in central France, in the far north east of France’s Massif Central. Auvergne has a long wine growing tradition that dates back to Roman and Gallic times.  Saint-Verny is a small, highly dedicated, 65-grower cooperative that worked diligently to establish AOC status for Cotes d’Auvergne in 2011. Prior to recognizing its independent AOC status, the area was considered an extension of the Loire Valley, and its unique soil and topographical attributes had not been formally recognized. The vineyards stretch across 170 hectares from Riom in the north to Issoire in the south.  The co-operative of Cave Saint-Verny produces consistent quality and good value wines with a sense of place.

NS Spirit Co. - Blue Lobster Sour Cherry Lime Vodka Soda 6pk

Inspired by and made for Nova Scotia’s culture of kitchen parties, storytelling, good times with friends and family, and that laidback Maritime lifestyle; founded in 2015 in Pictou County, Nova Scotia Spirit Co. focuses on producing quality, small-batch spirits at an everyday price.

Their core lineup of spirits; Fisherman’s Helper Rum, Willing to Learn Gin, and Blue Lobster Vodka were all inspired by an ad found on the door of the building that would eventually house the distillery: Commercial lobster fisherman from Ballantyne’s Cove Antigonish County is looking to hire a fisherman’s helper for the summer. Basic requirements: sober, alert, willing to learn.
