Domaine de la Madone Beaujolais Villages
Domaine de la Madone is located in the heart of Beaujolais in the Beaujolais Villages area. The vineyard spreads over 28 ha over two villages, Le Perréon and Vaux en Beaujolais (better known as “Clochemerle”). The estate is divided into 90 small plots of different exposures and altitudes (between 300 and 500 m). With vines ranging from 15 years to more than 100 years (40 years old on average). Gamay is planted on South facing steep slopes on pink granite soils; this diversity of terroirs is key to enable the Beraerd brothers to craft complex wines with depth and soul. On the Northern facing slopes, one can find the estates parcels of Chardonnay, this grape expressing more elegance on those more clay soils. A part of the estate (2.5 ha) is now fully organic while the rest is trained using sustainable viticulture methods.

Jean Bourdy Cotes du Jura Blanc
Caves Jean Bourdy is one of the oldest domaines in the Jura, it was established in 1474. Today the domaine is run by brothers Jean-Phillipe and Jean-François, the 15th generation of winemakers at this estate. The Bourdys grow their vines on 10 hectares of land, including a half hectare in Chateau Chalon AOC. Caves Jean Bourdy are traditionalists; they use old barrels—some as much as 80 years old—for fermentation and aging of the wines. The domaine has a reputation for its extensive library of old wines, some dating back to the early 1900s and even later. The Domaine was certified biodynamic in 2006, and the combination of some of the best terroir in the Jura and careful and patient winemaking results in wines that thoroughly express the land on which it is grown. They produce a full range of Jura wines; red blends made of Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau, whites made of Chardonnay or Savagnin, and the special Chateau Chalon, which is aged for over 6 years under a film of flor (yeast) that protects the wine, imbuing it with one of the most complex noses that can be found in the wine world.
