Deloach Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon

As a pioneering producer and winegrower in Sonoma’s Russian River Valley, DeLoach Vineyards has been experimenting with and perfecting the best combinations of soil, rootstock, and clones for over three decades. In 2003, the Boisset family brought two generations of sustainable winemaking experience from Burgundy, France to California’s Russian River Valley.  They planted the vineyards with cover crops in order to revitalize the soil and in the meantime, DeLoach partnered with winegrowers equally dedicated to and passionate about eco-friendly farming practices and the production of high-quality wines.

In 2010, Demeter USA, the only certification agent for Biodynamic® farms in the United States, certified the 17-acre estate vineyard and garden at DeLoach Vineyards, fully compliant with their standards for Demeter Biodynamic status. As one of less than 100 wineries or vineyards in the U.S. with Demeter certified Biodynamic estate vineyards, DeLoach is among an elite group of sustainable wine grape growers committed to farming in parallel with the Earths natural cycles.  Wines made from the estate’s grapes are organic and biodynamic; some wines in the Deloach portfolio are made from purchased grapes that may not have been grown according to organic / biodynamic standards.

Chateau Trinquevedel Tavel Rose

Guillaume Demoulin is the fourth generation of his family to farm the vineyards of Château de Trinquevedel. The eighteenth-century château was purchased in 1936, the same year that the Tavel A.O.C was established. Tavel is the only Southern Rhone Cru that is entirely made up of rosé. No more than sixty percent of the final blend can be made up of the noble Grenache grape. Guillaume and his wife Céline farm thirty-two hectares of vines situated in the hills of the Montagne Noire. Their stony vineyards are similar to those of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the climate and sun exposure produce grapes with tremendous concentration and power.

Alter Ego de Palmer

Château Palmer sits in the heart of the Margaux appellation, on 66 ha of gravelly soil and grassy rows overlooking the Gironde estuary. Classified as one of 14 Troisièmes Crus (Third Growths) in the historic Bordeaux Wine Official Classification 1855, the estate is considered one of the best (and certainly most popular) Third Growths. Since 1988, Palmer has been producing their second label: Alter Ego de Palmer- the grapes are sourced from the same famed-terroir but different winemaking techniques are used as well as different proportion of grapes with the goal to produce an earlier-drinking wine. Approximately 40% of the estate’s production is dedicated to Alter Ego.

Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon

Co-founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has spent forty years establishing itself as one of North America’s premier producers of Napa Valley wines. From its modest inaugural vintage of 800 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon and 800 cases of Merlot in 1978, to its addition of Sauvignon Blanc in 1982, Duckhorn Vineyards has crafted a tradition of quality and excellence that continues today.  The winery’s seven estate vineyards are located in alluvial fans of Napa Valley and the much sought after Howell Mountain slopes.

Since 2014 the wines are made under the guidance of accomplished head winemaker Renée Ary who started at Duckhorn as an assistant winemaker in 2003 and has been producing knock out wines since that time.  Winemaker Renee Ary works with each vineyard block separately and harvests when flavours are optimal and tannins are their softest. She approaches winemaking in an artisanal manner, by tasting and blending from close to 200 lots, separately barrel ageing each lot in oak from various cooperages. The result are wines of great finesse, personality and depth.

Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne

Taittinger is one of Champagne’s great houses. It was founded in 1734 by Jacques Fourneaux whose vision grew into the large company it is today.

Taittinger Champagne is characterized by its high proportion of Chardonnay used in the blends. It is this unique style, which has been present since the outset; the style that the tasting panel always scrupulously seek to maintain. The house produces a few styles; both non vintage as well as exceptional vintage dated Champagnes.

In 1952, the Taittinger Champagne House created the Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs – its most exclusive and premium cuvée – in honour of the Comtes de Champagne, a descendant of Charlemagne, Thibault IV, for whom the residence was built in the 13th century in Reims.

Duchesse de Bourgogne - Cherry Chocolate

Brewery Verhaeghe is the brewery that produces Duchesse de Bourgogne. They are a small family-owned brewery in the southwest of West Flanders, Belgium. The history of the brewery dates back to 1885.

The Verhaeghe brewery follows one simple rule: do a little less, but do it better. At home in Belgium but also across the globe, beer consumers tend to gravitate more and more towards high quality, unique beers. The flagship beer ‘Duchesse de Bourgogne’ is living proof of this philosophy. This popular red-brown west-flemish ale is brewed according to traditional wild yeast fermentation that this region in Belgium is famous for and additionally matured in oak casks for 8-18 months to ensure the unmistakable full flavour of ‘the Duchesse’.

Wyborowa Vodka

Wyborowa Vodka (which means “choice vodka”) has been made since before the 19th century and remains a bestseller in its native Poland today. In 1873 it began to catch on throughout Europe and in 1927 it became the first vodka brand to gain an international trademark.

Though the Poznań distillery fell on hard economic times in the early 90s, the international acclaim of the brand led the French beverage company, Pernod Ricard, to purchase the brand and has grown its global market share significantly since.
