When you stroll into our shop, you’ll often find Pat behind the cash register ready to lend a hand. Joining our retail team in the summer of 2015, Pat brings experience working in restaurant kitchens and other areas of the food and wine industry.
According to Pat, the best part of working at Bishop’s Cellar is that there’s always something new to learn, new products coming into our shop, and new ways of doing things. It keeps him (and all of us!) on his toes.
Aside from wine, Patrick is passionate about the great outdoors, exercising and staying fit, cooking, film and television, and learning…always learning. These days, Pat is enjoying being a Pinot Noir and Beaujolais nerd while dabbling in spirits.
Pat has been studying through WSET and has recently completed both his Level 1 & Level 2 Awards in Wine.
