65% Syrah, 35% Mourvèdre fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks before a period of ageing in barriques, demi muids and bottle for a total of 16 months. Crafted according to organic and biodynamic farming methods and bottled unfiltered. The nose shows garrique, leather, ripe black fruits and wax. The wine is savoury with spice and freshness often associated with Pic Saint Loup. The dark fruit flavours continue onto the finish.
