Domaine de Mourchon is set in a secluded valley between the picturesque village of Séguret and Mont Ventoux. The Domaine was created by the McKinlay family in 1998, though vines existed on the site prior to this time. The hillside terraced vineyard is located at an average altitude of 350m and is predominantly clay and limestone. A combination of natural and organic viticultural techniques as well as ‘lutte raisonnée’ as it is known in France – is employed. The wines are crafted using both traditional and advanced methods of vinification resulting in well structured wines with pronounced fruit aromas and flavours.
