Founders, Monica Sanita and Alex Lacroix grew Siempre into a successful International brand from $9000 and a credit card. They put it all on the line to build a brand around Monica’s grandmother’s lifelong agricultural experience and creating agave spirits in Mexico.
Alex has this to say about the brand “Siempre means always, and we always see the beauty of everything. It doesn’t matter how dark your past is or how hard you had it growing up, you can still have a positive impact on the world and turn things around.”
Tasting Notes
From the distillery: Complex aromas and flavours of spice, herb, pepper, brine/sea salt and citrus with candied, floral notes and hints of cooked agave and sweet fruit. Exceptionally smooth.
Method
Made from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from two regions, 50% Highland and 50% Lowland. Open aired fermentation, double distillation. Water is sourced from a Volcanic Spring. No additives.
Our Thoughts
On the nose, there’s fragrant pine, fresh cut grass, pineapple, baked lemons, and ripe bananas.
The palate is light bodied, with some spice and sweet, baked fruits.

Big tequila fan. This is dope. Don’t let the silver scare you off if you prefer the anejo like me. This is bomb!
