Springbank is here

We’re confident that you’d agree: Christmas has come early.

And honestly, it seems to come early every year (longtime subscribers can attest) and we aren’t complaining. Not even the slightest. This week, we’re releasing our latest order from Campbeltown, featuring Springbank, Kilkerran, and Longrow.

Customers are welcome to purchase one of each of the offerings today but please remember, each bottle is limited to one per customer, not per order. If you missed out on one of your favourites, we’ll have another drop of Springbank products in Spring 2026!

From the distillery: “Nose: Notes of sweet confectionery introduce this dram, with turkish delight, pear drops and marzipan apparent on the nose. There are hints of subtle peat smoke, like toasted marshmallows by a campfire.

Palate: Initially zesty with citrus notes of lemon cheesecake and an oiliness typical of a Campbeltown whisky. Peat smoke, leather bound books and peppery, spicy notes develop over time, along with sweet sticky toffee pudding.

Finish: The peat smoke carries through to the finish in campfire embers, with sweet hints of pecan pie and butterscotch.”

From the distillery: “Nose: Very creamy, vanilla custard. The smoke develops gradually, rather than overpowering the other aromas present. Toasted marshmallows, herbs and rich fruits appear over time.

Palate: Incredibly well balanced; rich and creamy with a slight medicinal hint. The smoke is always present, washing over the palate in waves, like the soft billows of smoke from the Kiln.

Finish: The gentle smoke lingers and lingers leaving you yearning for more.”

Nose: Slightly vegetal, fresh chopped wood and dark chocolate. Walnuts and hazelnuts. Clay. Nutmeg, caramel, wet stone and salt.
Palate: Briney, zesty citrus fruits. Oily kind of smokiness that coats the mouth.
Finish: Long, persistent, with all of that smokey, briney, and zesty goodness this scotch is famous for.

From the distillery: “Nose: A vibrant cereal note introduces our flagship Springbank dram, along with notes of gooseberries, mango, vanilla pods, grapes and honeycomb.

Palate: The fruit and cereal notes carry through to the palate in hints of oatmeal, malted barley and orange pulp. Heather honey, hard toffee, nutmeg and cinnamon notes develop.

Finish: A characteristic sea salt note rounds off this dram.”

Nose: Caramel, white chocolate, and milk chocolate, briney on the nose, with the slightest whiff of smoke.
Palate: Lemon zest right at the front, bonfire smoke, green apple, and citrus. Excellent balance and weight.
Finish: Textured finish that is like chewing on a piece of wood (but as always, in the best kind of way).
