Tasting Notes
Stylish and fruit-driven, Canyon Oaks Merlot is loaded with-black cherry and berry flavors, complimented by toasty oak notes and a soft, supple finish. Pair this wine with rich tomato-based sauces, pasta, burgers.
Method
After harvest, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel under temperature-controlled conditions to preserve the crispness and ripe fruit flavors. The wine was aged in American Oak, and lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.
