With estates in Maremma (Magliano), Sicily (Ispica), and Chianti Classico- Rocca di Castagnoli is part of the larger Tenute Cali family of wineries. Purchased in 1981, and first belonging to the Tempi family, the estate is one of the most ancient in the Chianti Classico region, dating back to the 18th century. The winery itself has also been considered somewhat of an economic driving force for the village it surrounds, with a visit from Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo in 1773, who praised the estates excellent land management, maintenance, and innovation. Spanning some 850 ha with elevation ranging as high as 860m to 380m above sea level, 92 ha are dedicated to vines with Sangiovese being the primary grape cultivated. They farm organically.
Fattoria di Scannano Rocca di Castagnoli DOCG Chianti is classic blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo. Besides the really long name it has classic Chianti aromas of cherry, leather and spice. The palate reveals more savoury notes, refreshing acidity and bright fruit.

First established in 1993 by Bryan and Jan Johnson in Marlborough, the couple started with 153ha and have since grown to 162ha+ across the region. Producing their first vintage under the Spy Valley label in 2000, the winery is still 100% family-owned, something of a rarity in New Zealand today. The winery sits just up the road from the Waihopai Station, a secure communication facility run by the New Zealand government- inspiring the name Spy Valley and its other label, Satellite.
The primary focus lies with Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, two classic varietals found all over the country. However, the team at Spy Valley has a passion for aromatic wines and also grows/produces wines from the following grapes: Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec. With 150,000+ cases annually, both the winery and vineyards are certified sustainable by the New Zealand Winegrowing program.

Forte Alto wines are crafted from hand-picked grapes in the foothills of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site with unique soil characteristics. The region is steeped in tradition with historical castles, towering peaks and pristine lakes and rivers.
The natural temperature variation together with numerous microclimates creates a perfect environment for grape cultivation in the valleys of the Dolomites. These unique conditions generate a perfect balance between aromas, acidity and freshness. The Dolomite soils have exceptional properties, the vines are planted in limestone and magma. This unique soil forces the vine to work harder in the growing season which enhances the quality of the grapes The constant breeze blowing in the mountain valleys ensures the drying out of grape bunches, promoting a healthy crop.

Domaine Le Cengle is made by Chateau de La Galiniere. The estate is situated east of Aix-en-Provence, on the Cengle plateau, at the foot-hill of Montagne Sainte-Victoire, in the Provence region. The soil is poor and shallow, consisting mainly of clay, limestone and bauxite. It is the latter which gives it characteristic red color. The vines are on average 15 years old and are located 300 meters above sea level. The Domaine has been certified in organic farming since 2014. This means that we only use products of natural origin, limited in number and quantity. The use of pesticides is prohibited.

Masottina is the historic brand of the Dal Bianco family, a reality born and grown in the hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The company was founded in 1946 by grandfather Epifanio Dal Bianco, who laid the foundations to produce excellent wines. His eldest son Adriano (an oenologist who studied at the School of Viticulture and Oenology, in the Historical School of Conegliano) is at the helm of the company together with his sons who carry on the production with dedication and tenacity. The Dal Bianco family has almost three hundred hectares of vineyards, the majority extend over the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Masottina produces a range of Prosecco and is committed to limiting their environmental footprint in the vineyards and winemaking. They currently farm 87 hectares of vines organically and others undergoing conversion.
