Chateau Doisy Vedrines Sauternes 2015 (375ml)

Chateau Doisy-Védrines has 27 hectares of vineyards on the highest plateau in Barsac, Bordeaux.  Barsac is located within the area known as the Sauternais, as here you’ll also find the sweet wine appellation of Sauternes and the lesser known appellation Cérons.  The wines of Barsac can be bottled as Sauternes if the producer so choses, as Barsac is locatef in the Sauternes zone of production.  

Doisy-Védrines is one of the richest and most full-bodied wines in Barsac and it significantly uses the Sauternes AC rather than the Barsac one. It needs at least 5 years of bottle ageing and the best vintages will keep for up to 25 years.
