Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina (750ml)

Made from Falanghina grapes from the Sannio DOC in the province of Benevento, Campania.  The wine ferments for approximately 5 months in steel tanks with time on the yeast lees which adds a pleasing mid palate roundness and texture.  Falanghina is an indigenous southern Italian grape and excels in the Benevento area; it is known for its citrus fruit character; bitter orange, orange peel, tangerine and candied citrus with some floral, herbal notes and high acidity.
