Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with fine bubbles. A fruity and elegant sparkling wine, with aromas of fresh butter and vanilla cake. The palate is fresh and harmonious with a fine textured mousse. This is an excellent value and easy drinking sparkling wine that makes a good aperitif or choice for a for a party. Drink as is or use as a base for your favourite version of a Spritz.
Method
A sparkling wine made from Ugni Blanc (from Charente, France) and Airen (from La Mancha in central Spain). The grapes are machine harvested and undergoes a primary fermentation at low temperatures followed by a secondary fermentation at 14°C for 2 weeks, followed by dosing. 10g/l RS.
