Riff Terra Alpina Pinot Grigio (750ml)

The Pinot Grigio is a popular varietal in the area and is beloved for its straightforward clean citrus and tree fruit flavours and pure minerality.  

The Pinot Grigio grapes are organically grown and sourced from vineyards at the base of the Dolomite Mountains. The chalky soils have a high sand and gravel content which adds minerality and contributes to the fresh finish of the wine. The juice is is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s aromatics and primary fruit. There is no oak treatment and the wine is fermented dry.
