Iconic and Legendary Producers

We love their products, but our relationships with these producers is what we value the most.

From all corners of Europe and the rest of the world to right here in Nova Scotia, we work with countless suppliers, owners, producers, and the like, all bringing something different to the your table. When we’re looking for the next wine, beer, or spirit that’ll work for our customers, the juice definitely matters but that doesn’t mean the relationship with the people who made it isn’t important either. Below is just a small sample of some of the iconic and legendary producers we’ve worked with for quite some time.

Zenato is a renowned family winery in Northern Italy’s Veneto region. Founded by Sergio Zenato in 1960, it’s now led by his children, Alberto and Nadia, who continue the family’s winemaking tradition with a diverse range of red and white wines.

Born in Quintana del Pidio, José Alberto Casajús comes from generations of winemakers. In 1993, he founded Bodegas J.A. Calvo Casajús, a modern yet traditional Ribera del Duero winery he runs entirely on his own, while also serving as his village’s baker.

The Lenotti family has produced wine in Bardolino, near Verona and Lake Garda, since 1906. Since 1968, they’ve bottled and sold their own wines, focusing on quality and value. Today, Giancarlo, Marina, and their son Claudio run the estate, exporting 90% of its production.
