Bepi Tosolini Amaro (700ml)

When Bepi Tosolino started grappa production upon opening his first distillery in 1943, he made two major changes to the process of distillation. Starting first with the stills, he commissioned and designed his own alembic still that uses steam, ensuring the pomace doesn’t burn.
Tosolino uses fresh pomace, as opposed to stored pomace, giving the distillate fresher aromatics. Aged in ashwood vats and and bottled at 30%.
