Made with apples from wild and forgotten trees gathered from the old homesteads, hedgerows and meadows of the highlands of Cape Breton.

Dry, farmhouse ciders with a bit of funk. Unfiltered, no added sulphites. Nothing but apple!

Margaree’s last release from the 2024 vintage. Made from the final pressing of the season, these late-harvest apples had extra time in the sun, developing deeper flavors and more sugars—resulting in a cider full bodied cider with a naturally higher ABV.

As always, this cider is made from 100% wild-foraged apples, all gathered within a few kilometers of the cidery.

Fermented & aged for 12 months before bottling.
Spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered. Zero added sulfites. The good stuff.
