Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 2 oz (60ml) of Nova Scotia Spirit Co. Fisherman’s Helper White Rum
• 1 oz (30ml) of lime Juice
• 3/4 oz (25ml) of demerara syrup
• Garnish: lime twist

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lime twist.
