In honour of Mother’s Day we are celebrating some of the talented women making wine and tending vines, here at home and around the world.
From the “Champagne widows” to Burgundy’s own Lalou Bize-Leroy, Italy’s Le Donne del Vino to Canada’s Women of Wine and more; countless women have influenced the wine industry’s past and present. Now, more and more women are graduating from winemaking programs globally.
Join us as we taste through remarkable wines from our shelves, made by women and enjoyed by all! As always, we’ll provide delicious snacks from a local caterer to go with the wines.
