Pronounced white blossom followed by stone fruit and lemon peel on the nose, light spice and wood notes. The palate is opulent, smooth and concentrated with tree fruit flavours, integrated oak and minerality that carry onto a pleasing persistent finish. A wonderfully balanced and complex white wine that develops in the glass as you sip and savour it. Elevate a meal with this delicious white Burgundy; enjoy it with Nova Scotia scallops, lobster dipped in butter or a creamy seafood pasta.
Method
100% Chardonnay raised for 14 to 16 months in oak barriques with batonnage.
