For over 10 years Toronto’s Bellwoods Brewery has established themselves as one of the country’s most iconic craft breweries. From lineups around the block in the early days at their Ossington Ave. location, to opening a second much larger brewery complete with rows upon rows of barrels for mixed fermentation and dark beer ageing.
