Candid Brewing – Little Rippa Aussie Pale Ale (355ml)

A modern off-shoot of the American Pale Ale, Hazy Pale Ales don’t exclusively use American hop varieties. Hazy Pales can use a mix of Southern Hemisphere (Australia and/or New Zealand) hops solo or in conjunction with American varieties to achieve ripe tropical and citrus fruit notes. The palate and mouthfeel of this style are often softer and more juicy than classic American Pale Ales, which embrace more assertive bitterness and herbal/dank notes.
