The vineyards of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation in the Languedoc descend to a large saltwater lake, the only thing separating the vines from the sea; so in a way I will still get to enjoy some ocean vibes. This is a fresh and zippy white wine with bright citrus fruit aromas and flavours, minerality and a crisp finish.
