Movia “Vigna Dol” Malvalsia Brda Suho Belo Vino ZGP (750ml)

A wine with a crystalline, almost brilliant, straw yellow color with a golden hue and a dense texture.  Its intense bouquet is reminiscent of yellow apple, mango, pineapple, orange, and lemon. Almond blossom intertwines with a delicate honey hint, white pepper, and a slight hint of butter.  Its soft taste acts slightly warm, its bright and youthful acidity expresses the mineral side of the wine. A wine of intensity, elegance, and long persistence. Flavors of tropic fruit, marzipan and white flowers are repeated in the mouth. A Malvasia with character, which will perfectly accompany salmon and tuna, as well as sashimi and fish baked in the oven. The wine benefits some exposure to oxygen for it’s aromas to open up and for the wine to reveal it’s complexity.  We recommend decanting the wine or drinking out of glass that allows for some aeration.  You will be rewarded with evolving aromas and flavours as you slowly enjoy this wine over the course of a meal.
