Ruby red in colour with intense fruity aromas of blackberry, hints wood, vanilla and cocoa. The palate is dry, firmly structured and elegant. A well balanced wine, with excellent persistence of flavour on the palate.
1 bottle Bruma del Estrecho Marin Monastrell (Spain) $22.00/bottle
This wine comes from the Jumilla DO; it is a transitional zone between the Mediterranean coastal area and the central plateau of Castile-La Mancha. 100% Monastrell grapes hand harvested and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel with native yeasts and minimum sulphur use. The wine is bottled without fining.

This is a fruit driven and complex Tempranillo from the Ribera del Jucar appellation. The best quality grapes from a single vineyard go into this wine. After fermentation the wine rests for three months in new oak barrels. It is ruby red in the glass with aromas of red fruit, toast and spice.

The iconic Burgundian house of William Fevre is now producing top quality wine in Chile. A little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon is added to the blend which lends more structure to the Carmenere. Deep cherry colour, black pepper, blackberry, plum, with notes of smoke and toffee. The palate is juicy and fresh with present by refined tannins. Great Carmenère textural plushness, spice and length.

A blend of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo from Rioja Alta. The wine ages on a combination of 70% American, 30% French oak barrels for 24 months. Layered aromas and flavours of cherry, dried fig, tobacco, cedar and dried dill. The palate is medium to full bodied with fresh acidity, fine tannins and a long finish.

The palate explodes with aromas of spices, black pepper and cedar, which are dominated by liquorice and vanilla. The tannins are fine grained and balanced perfectly. A fabulous example of Australian old vine Shiraz.

Tabalí was one of the first wineries to settle in the Limarí Valley. The wine was aged for 12 months in 100% French oak barrels. The nose offers fresh red berry aromas with notes of spice and pleasing wet earthy notes. The varietal fruit is perfectly integrated with the French oak and the palate is bright with a balanced silky mouthfeel.

Made from old vine, bush-trained Garnacha grapes. It exhibits greater aromatic complexity, richness with mineral and blueberry notes leading to a savory and spicy wine nicely balanced and very easy to drink. Full bodied with earthy and floral notes.
