RECEPTION: Itynera Prosecco with Snacks. Snow crab in nasturtium. Bottarga cream with chicken skin. Lacto grape and ricotta tarte.

FIRST: Ballard Road Pinot Gris with grilled mackerel, preserved heirloom tomato, new harvest cabbage & queso fresco.

SECOND: Citation Chardonnay with warm shellfish salad with sunchokes, green apple & radicchio.

THIRD: Citation Pinot Noir with whole roasted maitake, smoked yogurt, mushroom broth, sumac.

MAIN: Citation Willamette Valley Pinot Noir with koji cured magret duck, squash dumpling & kohlrabi.
